Refund and Return Policy

In case of any issues that arise with your order, please send us an email at ops@office-supply.sc  within 48 hours of delivery along with the relevant details such as your order number and our customer care team will get back to you as promptly as possible.

Additionally, you can also call us at 2633293 for any queries or complaints.

Cancellation

Product once ordered, can only be cancelled on the same day before 9 PM. The refund upon cancellation will begin thereafter and will reflect back in the account used for payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. In case of an order placed, the site reserves the right to also cancel or limit the quantity an individual is allowed to order and we may, at our sole discretion, deny that transaction.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and in its original packaging.  We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

If an item is missing from your delivery, please notify us as soon as possible, and within 2 working days from the date of delivery.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?

If an item is delivered damaged, please notify us as soon as possible, and within 3 working days from the date of delivery so that we can arrange a replacement. We cannot guarantee replacements for damaged items reported after 2 working days.

What should I do if I have an item that is faulty?

If you have an item that is faulty, please contact our customer service team by emailing ops@office-supply.sc  or calling 2633293 quoting the nature of the fault along with product and order details, where available, so that we can assist you with the relevant warranty / guarantee claim.
